1Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms have the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "lucky.ph," "we," "us," or "the Company" refers to the operator of the website located at luckyph.one, operating under PAGCOR authorization.
• "Platform" means the lucky.ph website, mobile web interface, and all associated services, game lobbies, cashier functions, and support channels accessible at luckyph.one.
• "Player," "you," or "your" refers to any individual who accesses, registers, or uses the Platform in any capacity.
• "Account" means the registered user account created by a Player on the Platform.
• "Wallet" means the in-platform balance associated with a Player's Account, denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP).
• "Game" means any casino game, bingo room, slot machine, live dealer session, video poker variant, or crash game made available on the Platform.
• "Wager" or "Bet" means any amount of funds staked by a Player on a Game outcome.

• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spins, cashback, or other non-cash incentive offered by lucky.ph to Players, subject to separate Bonus Terms.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to or use of the Platform is prohibited by applicable law.
• "GCash" and "Maya" refer to the respective Philippine mobile wallet services operated by Mynt (Globe Fintech Innovations, Inc.) and PayMaya Philippines, Inc.

2Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the lucky.ph Platform in any manner — including but not limited to browsing the website, registering an Account, making a deposit, or placing a Wager — you acknowledge and agree that:

• You have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions in their entirety;
• You have read and accepted the lucky.ph Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference;
• You meet all eligibility requirements set out in Section 3;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any other person;
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction.

If you do not accept these Terms, you are not authorized to use the Platform. We reserve the right to restrict or deny access to any person at our sole discretion.

3Eligibility & Age Requirement

To be eligible to register and maintain an Account on lucky.ph, you must:

• Be at least twenty-one (21) years of age at the time of registration and at all times while your Account remains active;
• Be a natural person — corporate or entity accounts are not permitted;
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under Philippine law;
• Not be a resident of, or accessing the Platform from, any jurisdiction where online gambling is prohibited;
• Not be a current employee, director, officer, or contractor of lucky.ph or any of its affiliated game providers, except where explicitly permitted by separate written agreement;
• Not be registered on any national self-exclusion registry applicable to online gambling in the Philippines;
• Provide accurate and truthful information during the registration and KYC process.

3.1 Age Verification

lucky.ph verifies player age as part of the KYC process. Players are required to submit a valid Philippine government-issued photo identification document — including but not limited to a UMID card, PhilSys National ID, Driver's License, or Philippine Passport — together with a selfie photograph prior to processing any withdrawal. We reserve the right to request additional documentation at any time if we have reasonable grounds to question a Player's age or identity.

Any Account found to belong to a person under the age of 21 will be immediately and permanently suspended. All funds in such an Account, including any winnings, will be forfeited in accordance with PAGCOR regulations. lucky.ph will cooperate fully with any regulatory investigation into underage gambling.

4Account Registration & KYC

4.1 Registration

Each individual may hold only one (1) Account on lucky.ph. Registering or attempting to register more than one Account is a material breach of these Terms and may result in the suspension of all associated Accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.

During registration you are required to provide accurate information including your full legal name, date of birth, mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to keep this information current and to notify lucky.ph promptly of any changes.

4.2 KYC Process

In compliance with PAGCOR licensing requirements and Republic Act No. 9160 (the Anti-Money Laundering Act), as amended, lucky.ph is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. The KYC process requires submission of:

• A clear photograph or scan of a valid Philippine government-issued photo ID;
• A selfie photograph clearly showing your face alongside the submitted ID;
• Such additional documentation as lucky.ph may reasonably request, including proof of address or proof of payment method ownership.

KYC review typically completes within twenty-four (24) to forty-eight (48) hours of document submission. Lucky.ph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal processing pending completion of KYC. Failure to complete KYC within a reasonable time following a request may result in Account suspension.

4.3 One Account Per Household

As a general rule, only one Account is permitted per household address. Lucky.ph reserves the right to investigate and restrict multiple Accounts registered from the same IP address, device, or physical address where this raises fraud or bonus abuse concerns.

5Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account login credentials, including your password and any OTP codes. You agree to:

• Use a strong, unique password that is not used for any other online account;
• Enable two-factor authentication (SMS OTP) where offered;
• Not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly on shared or public devices;
• Notify lucky.ph immediately upon becoming aware of any unauthorized access to or use of your Account.

lucky.ph will never ask for your password through any communication channel, including live chat or email. Any communication purporting to be from lucky.ph and requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

Lucky.ph accepts no liability for losses arising from your failure to maintain the security of your Account credentials, provided that we have acted in good faith in processing transactions that appeared to have been authorized by your Account.

6Deposits & Withdrawals

6.1 Deposits

Lucky.ph accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, UnionBank, USDT TRC20, Coins.ph, and 7-Eleven Cliqq. The minimum deposit amount is one hundred Philippine Pesos (₱100). Lucky.ph does not charge fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own transaction fees.

All deposits must be funded from a payment method in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited. Lucky.ph reserves the right to return a deposit if we are unable to verify that the payment method belongs to the Account holder.

6.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is two hundred Philippine Pesos (₱200). Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for deposit, where technically possible, as a security and anti-money laundering measure.

Lucky.ph does not charge withdrawal fees. Processing times are as follows (approximate and subject to change):

• GCash: approximately 1 minute, available 24/7;
• Maya: approximately 2 minutes, available 24/7;
• BPI, BDO, UnionBank: 5–10 minutes, available 24/7;
• USDT TRC20: 15–30 minutes, subject to blockchain confirmation times;
• Coins.ph: approximately 5 minutes, available 24/7.

Withdrawals will only be processed to Players who have successfully completed the KYC process. Lucky.ph reserves the right to delay or withhold a withdrawal pending investigation if we have reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, or a breach of these Terms.

6.3 Currency

All transactions on lucky.ph are denominated in Philippine Peso (PHP) unless otherwise specified for cryptocurrency deposit methods. Currency conversion, where applicable, is performed at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

7Bonuses & Promotions

Lucky.ph may from time to time offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback, and other promotions to Players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, in addition to any specific terms published alongside each offer:

• Bonuses are available to eligible Players aged 21 and over only;
• Each bonus offer will specify applicable wagering requirements, game restrictions, minimum odds (where applicable), and expiry dates — these must be read carefully before claiming any bonus;
• Wagering requirements must be met in full before any portion of a bonus or bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn;
• Lucky.ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotional offer at any time without prior notice, provided that any bonus already validly claimed by a Player will continue to be subject to the terms in force at the time of claiming;
• Bonus abuse, including but not limited to creating multiple Accounts to claim the same bonus, colluding with other Players, or exploiting software errors, constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings, as well as Account suspension.

8Gaming Rules

All Games available on the lucky.ph Platform are governed by individual game rules accessible from within each game's interface. Players are responsible for familiarizing themselves with the rules of any Game before placing a Wager.

All RNG (Random Number Generator) Games on lucky.ph use independently audited software certified for randomness and fairness in accordance with PAGCOR requirements. RTP (Return to Player) percentages for each Game are disclosed within the game's information panel.

Live dealer Games are conducted in real time by professional dealers at licensed studio facilities. Lucky.ph is not responsible for temporary service interruptions to live streams caused by circumstances outside our control; in the event of a disconnection during an active Wager, the relevant Game provider's disconnection policy will apply.

9Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the lucky.ph Platform and constitutes a material breach of these Terms:

• Registering or using an Account if you are under 21 years of age;
• Providing false or misleading information during registration or KYC;
• Holding more than one Account on the Platform;
• Using the Platform while located in a Prohibited Jurisdiction;
• Engaging in any form of cheating, collusion, or match-fixing;
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or other artificial means to place Wagers or interact with the Platform;
• Exploiting software vulnerabilities, bugs, or errors to gain an unfair advantage;
• Attempting to circumvent the Platform's security, authentication, or fraud detection systems;
• Using the Platform for money laundering or any activity that violates Republic Act No. 9160, as amended, or any other applicable Philippine law;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behavior toward lucky.ph staff or other Players;
• Depositing funds from, or withdrawing funds to, a payment account belonging to a third party;
• Accessing or attempting to access another Player's Account.

Lucky.ph reserves the right to investigate suspected violations of this Section and to take such action as we deem appropriate, including Account suspension, forfeiture of funds, and referral to PAGCOR or law enforcement authorities.

10Responsible Gaming

Lucky.ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming as a core operational value. We provide the following tools, accessible from within every registered Account:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on your total deposit amount. Limit reductions take effect immediately; increases require a cooling-off period;
• Session Time Reminders: Configure alerts that prompt you to take a break after a set period of play;
• Cool-Down Periods: Temporarily suspend Account access for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days. The suspension takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed during the selected period;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently close your Account or apply an extended exclusion. Contact our 24/7 support team to initiate. Self-exclusion requests are processed as a matter of priority and cannot be reversed for a minimum period following activation.

11Intellectual Property

All content on the lucky.ph Platform — including but not limited to the lucky.ph logo, brand name, website design, text, graphics, game assets licensed from third-party providers, software, and underlying code — is the intellectual property of lucky.ph or its licensors and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for its intended purpose only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from the Platform without our prior written consent;
• Modify or create derivative works based on Platform content;
• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble any software component of the Platform;
• Use any lucky.ph trademark, logo, or brand asset in any manner that implies endorsement or affiliation without our written authorization.

12Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, lucky.ph's total liability to any Player for any claim arising out of or in connection with the use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by that Player in the twelve (12) months immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Lucky.ph shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, or indirect or consequential losses of any kind;
• Losses arising from a Player's own negligence or breach of these Terms;
• Service interruptions or Platform unavailability caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, natural disasters, government actions, or third-party service outages;
• The conduct of third-party payment processors or game providers, except to the extent that such conduct directly results from our own negligence.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other matter that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Philippine law.

13Account Suspension & Closure

13.1 Suspension by lucky.ph

Lucky.ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Account without prior notice if we reasonably believe that:

• The Player has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The Account is being used for fraudulent activity or money laundering;
• The Player is under 21 years of age;
• We are required to do so by PAGCOR or any competent Philippine authority;
• Continued operation of the Account poses a risk to the integrity of the Platform or to other Players.

In the event of Account suspension, the funds in the Player's Wallet will be held pending investigation. Where the suspension is found to be unwarranted, the funds will be returned to the Player promptly. Where the suspension results from a confirmed breach, the funds may be forfeited in whole or in part depending on the nature of the breach.

13.2 Closure by the Player

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting lucky.ph's 24/7 live support. Any pending Wagers at the time of closure will be settled according to the applicable game rules. Any remaining Wallet balance will be processed for withdrawal to your verified payment method after successful completion of KYC, provided no outstanding compliance holds are in place.

14Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms, or the breach, termination, or validity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, Players are encouraged to contact lucky.ph's support team in the first instance. Lucky.ph will endeavor to resolve complaints informally and promptly. If a complaint cannot be resolved informally, Players may escalate the matter to PAGCOR through the regulatory body's prescribed complaint-handling process.

15Amendments to These Terms

Lucky.ph reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. When material changes are made, we will provide notice through one or more of the following methods:

• A notification displayed prominently on the Platform upon your next login;
• An email notification sent to your registered email address;
• An SMS notification sent to your registered mobile number.

The amended Terms will take effect on the date specified in the notice. Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the amended Terms. If you do not accept an amendment, you must stop using the Platform and contact our support team to close your Account.
